Needed a par or better to avoid losing 3 figures. About the only time I can recall getting angry on a golf course is when I let my teammate down for big $.

Love these vids, I wish I knew how many bad shots I could hit if I just stayed in my game when breaking 80 was a mental barrier. It makes it so easy to recover knowing mistakes will happen and also some things will go your way and just stay the course one shot at a time.

People think that breaking 80 is some magical barrier for elite golfers only. You can play a lot of ugly golf and break 80 if you never play 2 bad shots in a row.

I don’t think people realize how much easier it is to shoot in the 70s if you just keep the ball in play. You can have bad shots as long as you aren’t taking penalty strokes, can hit a handful of greens, and get up and down a few times. Seen plenty of homemade swings play good golf cause they figured out how to keep the ball in play.
